IT Help Web Site Offers Quick Assistance

Since the Stanford community has become more savvy with using technical resources and has grown to expect 7x24 self-service options, IT Services has created a self-service Web site to help campus users get technical information quickly and easily without having to wait for on-site or phone assistance.

The site contains links to answers for some of the most commonly asked questions, as well as six self-help menus which collect our most commonly used documentation and instructions. There's also a great email configuration guide which users have found most helpful.

Completion of the Feedback Form on the page allows us to hear suggestions for improvements, which we are most interested in making! Feel free to help yourself and let us know how it worked for you.
