Software Updates
For Windows systems Symantec AntiVirus has been upgraded to 10.1.5. There are also updated versions of SpySweeper (5.2.3), Secure CRT (5.2) and Secure FX (4.0). For Macintosh systems, a new Fetch (5.1.1.) is available.
For both Mac and Windows, there are new versions of Stanford Desktop Tools. See also Available Now - Stanford Desktop Tools in this issue.
Eudora News
Finally, a note on the future of Eudora: Version 7.1 for Windows and version 6.2.4 for Mac are now available on the ESS Web site. These will the last commercial versions of Eudora. QUALCOMM has announced that its Eudora email program will become an open source product effective the first half of calendar year 2007. For details, see:
