Protein Lounge also provides unique tools that you can download. Pathway Builder contains all the necessary pathway items such as membranes, protein/receptor shapes, and organelles, so you can select the items and arrange your signal transduction pathway. There are also many pre-made pathways, which are very useful for presentations and publications. The PathwayPublisher greatly facilitates publication of pathways on the Web. You can also keep track of computational results using the LabBook to save research data from the other Protein Lounge tools and databases.

Pathway Builder from Protein Lounge is likely the easiest way of creating publication-grade biological figures involving cellular organelles or signal transduction pathways.
